SHIPPING POLICY

Your beautiful order will be shipped out to you using Royal Mail services to arrive anything up to 2 weeks.  This will be confirmed to you after your order has been placed. If you have ordered an item on Pre-Order there may be additional wait time over 2 weeks for your order.  There is an an option to collect from the boutique from14th April.  Standard shipping is £4.99 for Accessories, Clothing and Gifts.  Shipping for Wedding Dresses is £50.

RETURNS POLICY
(not including wedding dresses)


If you need to return you purchased product/s (not including wedding dresses), in order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product/s within 28 calendar days of your purchase.

The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, unworn, undamaged in any way and in it's original packaging.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. This will be done within 7 days of receipt of your parcel. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. 

 

As we are a small business it will be your responsibility to cover the return postage costs. Sadly, we are not responsible if your return is lost in the post. As you are the sender of the item, you will need to contact your shipping service to claim compensation for loss. As always we recommend obtaining proof of postage and sending your item via a tracked service. If you cannot provide proof of delivery for a return I'm afraid we cannot then reasonably refund you for the goods that you have sent to us. 


If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 28 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
