If you need to return you purchased wedding dress/es, in order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the wedding dress/es within 3 working days of your purchase.
The wedding dress/es must be in the same condition that you receive it, undamaged in any way and in it's original packaging.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. This will be done within 7 days of receipt of your parcel. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.Wedding dress are returnable and refundable minus a £50 fee for postage and cleaning. As we are a small business it will be your responsibility to cover the return postage costs. We are not responsible if your return is lost in the post. As you are the sender of the item, you will need to contact your shipping service to claim compensation for loss. As always we recommend obtaining proof of postage and to send your item via a tracked service. If you cannot provide proof of delivery for a return I'm afraid we cannot then reasonably refund you for the goods that you have sent to us.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 3 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
